1a) You can not under any circumstances give or sell your login information to anybody else. Be aware that failure to obbey this rule will result in the permanent termination of your membership. We do detailed IP/geographical/host tracking and will know about such attempt.

1b) After you pay for membership you will be redirected to signup page. If redirection fail, contact us thru contact form. At signup page you will open your account. Note that you will have to activate your account. You can not change email after signup. Only thing that you can change after signup is your account password.

1c) We will review your account, verify payment and then activate your account. After that you will be able to access your account. Allow 12 - 48 hours for account processing.
 

2a) You can promote all your sites unlimited with one membership as long as it's the same webmaster.

2b) Selling or giving away our sign up form for members is direct violation of our terms and is strictly prohibited. Only buyers who recieved sign up permision from us are allowed to access our members area.
 

3a) We are not responsible for quality of service that is offered by third party (remotely hosted services). However, ther was no any problem recorded with remotely hosted services.

3b) When you pay your membership you get unlimited access to our members area for one year. We take obligation to provide you our services for that time period. You may login as much as you want and download as much as you want from our members area in that time period. You only need aprox. one day to download all our content.

3c) When unexpected events happen in extreme situations we can cancel our site without notice, but this only reffers to extreme situations like sudden deaths, natural disasters, attacks, alien invasions and so on. 
 

4) You have 100% top quality guarantee for services that we provide and are hosted on our site.
 

5) You can not distribute, sell or giveaway any part of our web site or his content without our permission.
 

6a) Software and scripts that you will get inside members area are not for reselling or giveaway except for packages that have different statement. Abiding this rule will result in the permanent termination of your membership and notifying origin owner about your attempt to sell or giveaway his/her item(s) without rights.

6b) Software we offer inside our software package are mostly full registered versions, but note that some of items in software package are shareware but functional versions. We do not offer updates for any software or scripts based on your request. Updates for items can be acquired at software developer site, or at our site when updates will be available.

6c) All software and scripts items that you can download are supplied as is.
 

7) We own full resell rights for all items on our site, except for freeware items that are free. Resell rights can be backtracked if needed.
 

8) You agree that from time to time you will receive newsletters from aWebTools.com (Mostly update news and not promotions!)
 

9) Emails collected thru membership signup or your payment information will not be sold or given away to anybody under any circumstances.
 

10) We can not guarantee you that you will get 100 or 1.00.000 visitors a day or that you will sell products you advertise thru aWebTools.com tools because final result of your advertising campaigns is dependable on things that are beyond our control. We offer you tools for advertising. Same tools we use for our own promotion.
 

11) Once you log in to your account, there will be no money back!!!
